What we do, and what we do not

The boundaries matter as much as the capabilities. They are what keep our advice independent, and they have not changed.

WE DO

  • Advisory and integration
  • Architecture design
  • Vendor coordination
  • Financing structuring and introductions
  • Sale of hardware and software
  • Training and enablement
  • Build and commission AI factories
  • Provide managed services to operate AI factories
  • Contract staffing, on a talent-as-a-service basis
  • Compliance and certification programme management
  • Data centre space and equipment sourcing

WE DO NOT

  • Own data centres, or provide data centre facility management
  • Take equity stakes in client deployments
  • Provide direct lending

The exclusions and the operating model

Each of the exclusions would place Compound Bridge on both sides of a decision we are engaged to deliver on, which is why they remain outside our scope.

The second exclusion is the operational one. Compound Bridge operates an AI estate on the client’s behalf and does not own data centres or provide data centre facility management — stated in the client’s own words on this page as:

Own data centres, or provide data centre facility management

For the client this produces one accountable team across the whole envelope: the building, the plant, the racks, the fabric, the platform and the workload.

Master Power Technologies designs and builds the physical facility, covering power, cooling, containment, security and certification. We design and operate the compute within it.

Compound Bridge does not provide direct lending, does not take equity stakes in client deployments, and does not provide regulated financial advice. We introduce and coordinate financing partners; terms are agreed directly between the client and the financial institution.

Each principle maps to a contractual provision: vendor neutrality to our stated exclusions, skills transfer to a dated handover phase, and use-case discipline to a formal decision gate before capital is committed.
