Transfer of the Estate
Transfer is a contracted phase. It carries milestones, named client personnel and a defined completion test — not a best-effort handover at the end of a project.
- Facility management. Structured training of the client’s facilities teams on the plant, the monitoring systems and the maintenance regime.
- Cluster administration. Training of the client’s engineers on cluster administration, scheduling and platform operations through to full operational control.
- Dated completion. A named date on which the client assumes control, agreed at contract rather than negotiated at the end.
